Albuquerque sits at over 5,000 feet elevation with more than 300 days of sunshine per year — one of the highest UV exposure rates in the country. That means your car's interior, your skin, and your comfort are under constant assault every time you drive. Professional window tint is one of the most practical upgrades you can make to any vehicle here.
We carry three tint film types to fit different budgets and performance needs.

See dyed film pricing →Carbon particles woven into the film deliver better heat rejection with excellent color stability over time. A strong mid-range option for drivers who want real performance without going to the top tier. Starting at $285.
See carbon film pricing →Ceramic nanoparticles block heat at a level dyed and carbon can't match — with zero metal in the film, so there's no interference with GPS, phone signal, or toll transponders. Also blocks the most UV. In Albuquerque's climate, the difference in cabin comfort is noticeable from day one. Starting at $370.

Yes — window tint is legal in New Mexico within specific limits. New Mexico law requires that front side windows allow more than 20% of light in (20% VLT or higher). Rear side windows and the rear window have no restriction for passenger vehicles.
Every install we do is street-legal and NM-compliant. We know the local laws and will help you choose a tint level that looks great and keeps you out of trouble.

We recommend waiting 3–5 days before rolling windows down to allow the film to fully cure. Albuquerque's dry heat actually speeds up the curing process.
Dyed and carbon films have no effect on signals. Ceramic film is also signal-transparent — unlike older metallic films, it won't interfere with GPS, cell service, or toll transponders.
